Cold Remedy
1 oz. sliced fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick, broken
1 tsp. coriander seeds
3 whole cloves
1 lemon slice
1 pint water
Simmer 15 minutes; strain.
VERDICT: Super astringent. It probably works, but I did not enjoy it. Toss.
