- 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 banana
Serves 1; 157 calories.
VERDICT: I used frozen pineapple, and pre-chopped the carrots, so this was really easy. Perhaps with frozen pineapple, leave out the ice? It was a bit thick, so I added extra orange juice. Keep.
