- 1/3 cup halved pitted dates
- 1/2 cup cup ice
Serves 1; 270 calories.
VERDICT: I see now I did this wrong--I didn't blend the dates and milk before I added the ice. Which probably explains the chunks of date that never, ever blended. Not good enough to try again, though--toss.
