Cold Remedy

  • 1 oz. sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken
  • 1 tsp. coriander seeds
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 pint water
Simmer 15 minutes; strain.

VERDICT:  Super astringent.  It probably works, but I did not enjoy it.  Toss.
